Question 1

Do I need to supply the products or do you source them?

Accepted Answer

We handle sourcing for you as part of the service. If you have a specific product in mind, we will source it. If you want recommendations within a budget, we will bring options to you. You can also supply your own products if you prefer - just let us know upfront.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum for single hero gifts or curated sets. For small batch runs we recommend a minimum of 10 pieces to make the per-unit pricing worthwhile, but we can discuss smaller quantities depending on the project.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

For batches of 10 to 25 pieces, we recommend 2 to 3 weeks lead time from approval. For 25 to 50 pieces, 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, contact us anyway - we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work and what that costs.

Question 4

Can I see a sample before you do the full run?

Accepted Answer

For batch runs we always produce a sample piece for your approval before we engrave the full order. For other projects, we share a digital mockup of the final product.

Question 5

Can you ship directly to my clients?

Accepted Answer

We can ship completed orders to a single address or to multiple client addresses. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on destination and quantity.

Question 6

What if a product does not engrave the way I expected?

Accepted Answer

We test every new surface or material before committing to your full order. If a product does not produce the quality we expect, we will tell you and suggest alternatives before any work begins.
