We aren't talking SWAG - "stuff we all get", we are talking GEMS - " Gift for Everyone, Made Special.

We are talking simple but impactful pieces that make an impression, that mark an event, that makes them feel special when they open it. Our styles typically include a note and nicer packaging for small gifts like leather keychains or brush gold magnets.

What Is Possible?

We can take one of the two approaches.

1) Personalize high drinkware, desk and office goods using engraving or UV printing.

2) Design and fabricate ornaments, keepsakes, and branded novelties.

    We propose a gift concept with product options, engraving design, and packaging approach. You approve everything before any sourcing begins. If you want alternatives, we come back with options.

Do I need to supply the products or do you source them?

We handle sourcing for you as part of the service. If you have a specific product in mind, we will source it. If you want recommendations within a budget, we will bring options to you. You can also supply your own products if you prefer - just let us know upfront.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum for single hero gifts or curated sets. For small batch runs we recommend a minimum of 10 pieces to make the per-unit pricing worthwhile, but we can discuss smaller quantities depending on the project.

How far in advance do I need to order?

For batches of 10 to 25 pieces, we recommend 2 to 3 weeks lead time from approval. For 25 to 50 pieces, 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, contact us anyway - we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work and what that costs.

Can I see a sample before you do the full run?

Yes. For batch runs we always produce a sample piece for your approval before we engrave the full order. For other projects, we share a digital mockup of the final product.

Can you ship directly to my clients?

We can ship completed orders to a single address or to multiple client addresses. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on destination and quantity. Just let us know your preference when you reach out.

What if a product does not engrave the way I expected?

We test every new surface or material before committing to your full order. If a product does not produce the quality we expect, we will tell you and suggest alternatives before any work begins. Our priority is to maintain clear communication throughout the process.
